P3 added at Manchester Business Park

By Simon Binns

Manchester-based P3 Property Consultants has been instructed to let 23,543 sq ft of office space at developer Goodman’s Manchester Business Park scheme near the airport.

Following an end of lease vacation by healthcare software firm iSoft, Building 1000 has been refurbished and is being offered to let either in floor suites from 11,532 sq ft or as a self-contained whole. This will be the first new, ready-to=occupy space available at Manchester Business Park for more than five years, the firm said.

Other occupiers include PZ Cussons, about to complete a new 41,000 sq ft international headquarters at the park, Regus and Ericsson.

The park also has outline planning consent for 675,000 sq ft of new space and reserved matters consent for the next phase of around 140,000 sq ft, spread across three buildings.

Phil Meakin, partner at P3, said: “I am looking forward to having top quality office space we can show people over again.”

P3 Property Consultants and CBRE are joint agents on the scheme.
