New sales manager for legal expenses firm

By Michael Fahy

Cheadle-based MSL Legal Expenses has appointed Kathryn Johnson as its new UK sales manager.

Johnson, previously North West regional sales manager for Fusion Insurance, will be responsible for a team of account managers working with MSL's client base. She will be working alongside Gabriel Bradley, MSL's business development manager in the UK.

Commenting on her move, Johnson said: “I am keen to use my experience gained at Fusion Insurance, and Zurich before that, to help develop MSL's new business strategy and expand its current client base.”

Steve Turner, MSL commercial director, said: “We have aggressive growth plans for 2010 and Kathryn will be instrumental in developing sales strategies and broker panels, as well as looking after the ongoing training and development of the sales team.”
